COVID 19 Vaccine for 6 months - 4 years old

EUA Vaccine approval timeline:

FDA meeting scheduled 6/14/22-6/15/22

CDC/ACIP meeting scheduled 6/16/2022

Western State Scientific Safety Review Workgroup (WSSSRW) meeting scheduled 6/16/2022

Tentative vaccine available date is 6/20/2022 (subject to the above agency approval)


What vaccine will be available:

Pfizer and Moderna


Dosing:

Pfizer requires 3 doses to complete the series (3 micro gram)

Moderna requires 2 doses to complete the series (25 micro gram)


Who can get vaccine at the pharmacy?

In California, Pharmacy can only provide vaccine to children 3 year of age or above. If you are looking for vaccine to children under 3 years of age, please contact your pediatrician. Both Pfizer and Moderna COVID 19 vaccine will be approved for 6 months to 4 years old (Pfizer) and 5 years old (Moderna).


How to make an appointment?

Appointment link will be posted on the first page of our website once the vaccine has been completely approved by the 3 agency.
